Architectural Review Committee Process

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) exists to assist in the preservation and protection of home values in Magnolia Park.

Before starting any exterior improvement project on your property, you will need to submit an ARC Request. Projects should not be started until approval is received. The process to request approval is simple.

• Complete the ARC Request Form. Include as much information as possible up front, including pictures, diagrams with dimensions, and links to relevant information (i.e. product information) where appropriate.

• Submit the form and attachments via email to laura@integrityamg.com.

• You will receive notification that your submission has been received. A member of the ARC or Board will contact you for any questions, clarifications, samples, or other information needed to expedite approval of your request.

• The ARC is allowed 30 days to respond to any request; however, most requests are approved within 7 days or less if all pertinent information is included in the initial submission.

Please note that homeowners are responsible for acquiring all required permits prior to beginning any work. All infrastructure, expense, and ongoing maintenance also will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
