Exterior Home Inspections

Exterior Home Inspections Are Now Conducted by 3rd Party (not the ARC, Board, or Laura)

The association works to preserve and protect homeowner investment and provide the opportunity for each owner to enjoy the community to its fullest extent.

To that end, our property management company, Integrity AMG, will periodically send an objective 3rd party inspector to visually review the community for compliance with the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements.

Items in need of updating or repair will be identified and shared with homeowners, along with a requested timeframe for resolution.

The most commonly noted items are:

• Exterior paint in need of touch-up

• Driveway/stairs in need of pressure washing

• Trash cans/recycling bins visible from street or neighboring lot

• Weathered mailbox in need of touch-up
